Work Out is a training package. It consists of a video that was first shown at the Lesbian and Gay Employment Rights conference October 2003 plus written materials burnt onto a CD. The video shows 5 ex-LAGER clients talking about their employment experiences. The participants learn to form comprehensive policies on lesbian, gay and bisexual issues in the workplace. The written materials are aimed at three different participant groups: (1) Human Resource managers (2) Trade Unionists and (3) Advisors who work in frontline advice centres. The materials allow anyone who has an understanding of equality issues and some knowledge of employment law to deliver an engaging and challenging course that will enable participants to develop best practice.

The full price of this unique training resource is £150.00. This rate is for organisations in the public, private and voluntary sector. LGBT community groups and sole traders are entitled to a discounted rate of £99.
