Producing guidance and briefing information illustrated with practical examples will help bring new legislation to life and enable your managers to implement new ways of working if necessary. 

Coaching & mentoring
Coaching can help individuals and managers explore a variety of options and choose those best suited to their own learning style, personal circumstances and organisational and business needs. Coaching can improve performance by creating a focus on either short or long-term goals. It can also provide professional development in a range of topic areas such as a hands-on approach to diversity, stress prevention, planning and prioritising, working with change and career transition. A coach is a combination of sounding board, motivator, friend and mentor.

Organising conferences and events
This service comprises of sourcing and booking of venues; negotiating cancellation fees; finding and booking keynote speakers and workshop facilitators in consultation with the client; checking access details for disabled participants,  booking sign language interpreters and any other assistants as required, briefing speakers and workshop facilitators; producing marketing material and managing its distribution; producing booking forms, confirmations & joining instructions (both hard & soft copy) ; liais ing with catering; producing  conference packs including papers and biographies - in fact everything to ensure that your organisation has a successful event.

Conflict resolution
