The first case that was heard under the Sexual Orientation Regulations was a real howler. It was brought by a heterosexual builder who was routinely called homophobic names. His boss also   repeatedly pretended to run him over yet this case failed.

Employment tribunal cases are often a good read though not always of great legal interest. In the AHEAD newsletter I summarised some of the early cases that have been heard under the Religion or Belief and Sexual Orientation Regulations. The newsletter is a free e-zine. If you would like to be added to the mailing list email me with your email address & a telephone number.
